click the Submit button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password
and access your MyPSC account. If you cannot remember your registration email address, click here.

Your email address is used as your username for the MyPSC web portal. If your account is locked, or you did not register with
MyPSC, or if your email address does not exist in our system you will not be able to proceed without further assistance.
